I saw the Late Late Show the night Brendan Gleeson raged at the government and that dunderhead Michael Martin. What a breath of fresh air he was and as the feature on this site say's, he certainly did strike a chord with the nation. It's a pity more prominent people don't make such a stand seen as we have no credible opposition party in this country. Gleeson is to be wholehartedly congratulated.
This government are a total disgrace and the worst this state has ever seen especially in light of the billions they have at their disposal. All they can come up with are gimmicks and slogans hoping to fool the electorate to their complete lack of policies and ineptitude. Our third world health service is nothing short of a scandal and Brendan Gleeson certainly caught the mood of lots of people and their deep rooted anger at the treatment the elderly get in hospitals not to mention the more able bodied of us.
Gleeson is right, baboons could do a better job and martin is a prize moron. 3 cheers to him for having the guts to say it on national television which in the main is run by government lick arses.
