The anti smoking fanatics have targeted us president elect and smoker barrack obama with a bullying campaign to get him to quit smoking. Even the irish health fascists have got in on the act with the irish wing of alan carrs anti smoking organisation boasting of their offer to help obama kick "his addiction". I just hope obama has the guts to kick these nasty intolerant assholes to touch.

Everyone here in the States wants to believe Obama will represent a new and different sort of political culture. It would really restore my faith if he does stand up to the busybodies, but I don't have much hope. Whenever asked publically, he always says he wants to quit, etc.

The antis n america wasted no time in comming up with a way to get nobama on their side at least on a headline...........they went back to their useless awards program,all feel good liberals jump with joy over a feel good award..............let me explain smokefree gave gov blago of illinois fame the same type award after he forced thru the illinois clean air act indoors.........we just wonder how much smoke free paid him,after we find he was selling nobamas senate seat.........smoke free is deep in the pockets of many liberal politicians here in america.

obama signed the s-chip law raising federal taxes on tobacco by 64 cents and 24.00 dollars a pound on roll your ow loose leaf tobacco..thats a 2400% increase....He in effect just mandated a tobacco blackmarkert across america.Al capone is definatly smiling in chicago.
